How to Delete Your Account
If you wish to delete your Bharti Electro Home Services account and associated data, please follow the steps below:
Option 1: Request via WhatsApp

- Type: “Delete My Account”
- Mention your registered mobile number.
- Our team will verify and process your request within 3–5 working days.
Option 2: Request via Email

- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- Include your registered mobile number.
- Your request will be processed within 3–5 working days after verification.
What Happens After Deletion?
Once your request is processed:
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Your personal information (name, mobile number, service history, wallet data) will be removed from our active database.
- Wallet balance (if any) will be forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- This action cannot be undone.
